Carbon Neutral services to customers

Carbon Neutral services to customers increased by 8% in FY25, driven by the growth in telecommunication Carbon Neutral services. Telecommunication Carbon Neutral services are not charged to customers as an opt-in product, but are instead included as part of AGL's telecommunication offering.

Data shown represents the number of Carbon Neutral services provided to customers that are certified by Climate Active.

Up to and including FY24, C&I and SBES services were also included in the solar and batteries category.
