A total of 10 employee injuries contributed to an employee TIFR of 1.2 for the year, with 7 of these resulting in LTIs, bringing the employee LTIFR to 0.8. The 12-month rolling TIFR has improved to 1.2 from 2.7 in June 2024, highlighting the positive impact of targeted safety initiatives . Proactive measures, including a significant increase in HSE walks and visible safety leadership, have contributed to a noticeable reduction in injuries among both employees and contractors compared to the previous year.
