There was a 120% increase in workplace giving compared to FY24, reflecting a significant uplift in employee engagement with our new workplace giving program following its launch in May 2024. Our workplace giving platform empowers employees to make regular and one-off donations directly from their pay to causes they care about. Under AGL’s Workplace Giving Policy, employee contributions are matched up to $5,000 annually, amplifying individual impact and encouraging deeper involvement. The ease, flexibility, and visibility of workplace giving options have fostered a more inclusive and proactive giving culture, with employees demonstrating stronger commitment to supporting causes aligned with their values.

Fundraising data includes employee donations (FY25: $130,463) as well as AGL matching (FY25: $114,307). AGL's Workplace Giving Policy is to match individual employee payroll donations up to $5,000 per year.

Matched amounts are included in the financial year in which the employee donations were made (though the matched payment may have been made after the close of the financial year).
