Customers on standing offers
The proportion of customers on standing offers continued to decline in FY25, as customers product swap onto market contracts. Additionally, AGL ceased selling fixed-term contracts within Victoria in FY22 and now exclusively sells evergreen contracts in this market. This has resulted in fewer customers being shifted to standing offers at the end of their contract term.
