While the number of issues addressed in FY25 (14) has increased compared to FY24 (11), the number of issues that were substantiated reduced from 10 to 9, which may reflect the effectiveness of AGL's respect at work training, which is increasing employee's awareness of what constitutes inappropriate behaviour, and acceptance of the need to address such behaviours.
